    The offer is valid for renting the floating house Seahouse Ocean Beauty, Cesta solinarjev 8, Pomol G – 43, 6320 Portorož, in accordance with the offer published on the website.

    General instructions:

    • ARRIVAL: collection of the house and keys possible on the day of arrival after 14:00.
    • DEPARTURE: the house must be left on the day of departure by 10:00.
    • You can pick up the KEY for the use of the house and the card for free parking of one car at the reception of Marina Portoroz.
    • A tourist tax of EUR 2.5 per person per day is required to pay at arrival.
    • The chip for the car entrance to the Marina is also possible to use it for the outdoor swimming pool in the Marina with salt water and to use the toilets in the Marina.

    The house is prepared according to the following standards:

    • Bed linen, towels, soap, detergent and dishwashing sponge
    • utensils and cooking utensils, stove, microwave, mini dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer,
    • television, internet,
    • mosquito nets in the bedrooms,
    • Jacuzzi preparation: in front of each guest arrival, the drinking water in the jacuzzi is changed and the temperature is set at 34 ° C. Please enter the jacuzzi clean without applying sunscreen. WARNING: the jacuzzi can become smelly and green due to non-compliance with the rules and will require re-cleaning, which is not included in the price.
    • Awning with remote control. WARNING: the awning has a self-closing system in case of strong wind. It is set to a minimum due to sudden gusts of wind.

    Additional warnings:

    • The awning must always be closed before leaving the house.
    • Sanitary pump: located in the cupboard in the bedroom and please do not turn it off accidentally. If any unpleasant odors occur by accident, make sure that the pump is not accidentally switched off. In case of doubt, call the telephone number: + 386 41 735 715.
    • Use of toilets: only toilet paper allowed. Throwing hygiene items and other things is not allowed because the pump may break down. In case of non-compliance with the instructions, the cost is EUR 400.
